Where can I call for Ticketmaster ticket buying and customer service issues?
Ticketmaster is pleased to announce new nationwide toll-free numbers to help ensure the fans get easier access to purchase tickets and to great customer service. The new toll-free numbers are:
National Toll Free SALES number: 1-800-745-3000
Consumers can use this number to purchase tickets to any events in the continental United States, no matter what their location is. The system recognizes where in the United States the caller is calling from so all local prompting or messaging will still work.
National Ticketmaster Express number: 1-866-448-7849
Ticketmaster Express, Ticketmaster’s national IVR automated phone line, is a quick and easy self-service method of buying tickets. This line is available 22 hours each day, 7 days a week! This self service information and ticket purchasing line is available for the majority of events handled by Ticketmaster. Please note that you will not be able to speak with a Ticketmaster representative using Ticketmaster Express.

This is an easy access number that directly points customers to customer service for support on previously place orders.
What if a tour date isn't listed?
If you know Colbie is coming to a city, but the date isn't on the tour page, it's likely that the date isn't officially confirmed yet. This is usually true for dates further away in the schedule. We recommend keeping an eye on the tour page, or calling your local venue (where the show is scheduled to occur) for updates.
We will always post shows once they are officially confirmed as happening.
How can I update my personal information (address, e-mail, etc.)?
You can change profile information such as your e-mail address, username, password & mailing address by logging in to www.ColbieCaillat.com and clicking on “My Settings” found under the navigation heading "Community". Updates will take effect immediately.
I have a question that isn't answered here, what should I do?

Can I sign up my child who is under 13 years of age?
No we cannot allow children under 13 in the community. To remain compliant to COPPA laws, we cannot email any child under 13 years of age.

All boards are fully moderated and you are encouraged to report any posts that you find objectionable or inappropriate. Please e-mail any of those concerns to aatcs@allaccesstoday.com.com with "COLBIE CAILLAT MESSAGE BOARD" in the Subject line.
Meet & Greets
How Does It Work?
How It Works:
- Meet & greet requests must be made at the designated time posted on the TOUR page.
- Complete the request form on Meet and Greet page.
- You will receive an email response indicating whether or not you have been put on the meet & greet list for the show requested.
- If you are approved for the show you requested, an envelope with your name on it, containing your passes, will be available at the venue box office at the time doors open.
- You will receive specific instructions with your pass indicating where to meet and when for the actual meet and greet. If there is no will call/box office, check for your envelopes at the Colbie merch table & instructions will be in the envelope on when & where to meet.
- Meet & Greets are may be scheduled before or after Colbie's portion of her concerts, however we recommend arriving at the time the doors are scheduled to be open to pick up your specific instructions on when/where to meet.
How are Meet & Greet passes awarded?
Members who have applied are randomly selected for each show. This policy ensures that all members will have at least 24 hours to apply for a pass. Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show, and that venue restrictions may apply. Once your request form has been received, you will be sent a confirmation via email within 5 days of the show date.
Do I have to purchase tickets in order to get a Meet & Greet?
Your tickets purchase does not guarantee you a M&G, but you will have to provide your own entrance into the show and be a current Fan Club member.
How can I find out who was selected for a Meet & Greet at a particular show?
Lists of members selected for Meet & Greets are not available. If you were selected for a Meet & Greet, you will be notified via e-mail.
